What is the minimum order quantity?

All our bags are sold in multiples of 10 and our minimum order quantity is only 10 bags!

What is the delivery charge for my order?

Delivery costs are related to the weight of your order and start from £1.69 to a maximum of £7.85 with orders over £49 qualifying for free shipping.
Delivery costs are shown on our one page checkout prior to payment.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Orders placed before 5pm will be despatched next working day either by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Parcel Force 48 depending on the weight of your order. On this basis you should be in receipt of your order within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

When I'm placing an order online what does the phone ordering option mean?

The online phone ordering option gives you the convenience of completing your order online with the flexibility to make your payment by phone.

I've ordered the wrong item. Can I return my order?

You can return an order or item by sending it back to us with a copy of your invoice. On receipt of the returned goods we will either credit your card or your account for the value of the returned goods. Shipping is non-refundable.
